Police Records
The records function of the Coburg Police Department is managed by the Police Records Clerk. Their office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The responsibilities of this function include:
- Filing and storage of police reports
- Providing copies of reports to the public, DA's office and other interested parties
- Entering and filing the required reports to various county, state and federal agencies
In addition to these duties, the Police Records Clerk also carries out many duties with the Coburg Municipal Court.
Requests for copies of a police report are usually handled within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, providing the report is cleared for release. Ongoing investigations and reports not yet approved by the Chief of Police will not be released. There will be a copy fee of $15.00 for each report. If you're the listed "victim" in the report, the fee is waived.
If you have any questions regarding police reports, please contact the Records Clerk at 541-682-7853.
