Officer J. Christopher Kilcullen

Eugene Police Officer Chris Kilcullen was shot and killed during a vehicle pursuit of a female suspect on Friday, April 22, 2011. To honor the memory of Officer Kilcullen, the City of Coburg adopted Resolution 2011-04 in his memory by a unanimous favor and signed into effect by Mayor Judith A. Volta on May 10, 2011.
