Coleman Street Road Improvement Project
Coleman Street Road Improvement Project Underway!
The Coburg Collector Street Project is a three-phase road and sidewalk construction project utilizing both state/federal grants and local transportation utility fee (TUF) funds.
Phase I includes:
• Pedestrian intersection improvements at Pearl and Coleman
• Street and sidewalk improvements on North Coleman between Pearl and Mill Streets
• Street and sidewalk improvements on Mill between Coleman and Skinner Streets.
Future phases include S Coleman/E Dixon to N Willamette and Skinner to N Willamette.
Residents will see utility locates and survey work along the Phase I project area. The design/engineering is expected to be complete for resident and public review by February of 2025 with construction expected in May through September of 2025.
