Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Coburg, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, will take place on May 19, 2020 at 6:00 pm and will be held at Coburg City Hall, 91136 N. Willamette St.
The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The meeting for the public comment will be on May 26, 2020, at 6:15 pm, at Coburg City Hall, 91136 N Willamette St.
A copy of the budget documents may be inspected or obtained on or after May 12, 2020 at City Hall, 91136 N Willamette St, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
